Refund and Billing

This Refund and Billing Policy explains how payments, memberships, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment-related issues are handled for Tokenized.Video paid Services.

By purchasing or maintaining a paid Tokenized.Video plan or feature, you agree to this Refund and Billing Policy together with our Terms and Conditions.

1. Paid Services

Tokenized.Video may offer paid Services including:

  • Creator memberships,
  • creator upload and premiere-management access,
  • related support or setup fees where expressly stated,
  • access-related service fees where applicable.

Plan details, prices, included features, and limits are shown at checkout or in the applicable membership flow.

2. Current Public Membership Structure

As of the current public membership flow, Tokenized.Video shows one public paid plan:

  • Creators at $19.95 per month.

3. What Membership Pays For

A membership pays for access to the features included in that plan, such as creator upload access, premiere listing access, and related creator functionality.

A membership fee does not guarantee:

  • a minimum number of supporters,
  • a minimum amount of funding,
  • a minimum number of viewers,
  • uninterrupted access,
  • compatibility with every wallet or provider.

4. Viewer Purchases vs. Creator Memberships

Viewer or supporter purchases for premiere access are separate from creator membership fees.

A creator membership covers creator-side platform access. A viewer’s pass purchase covers the specific access being offered by the creator for that project, subject to the creator’s listing and platform rules then in effect.

5. Billing Cycle

Paid plans may be offered on a monthly, annual, one-time, or other billing basis as shown at checkout.

The current public flow tells users to fund a wallet with USDC on Base before continuing to checkout.

If payment is made through wallet-funded, crypto, or stablecoin methods, payment may require user action each billing period unless an auto-renew method is clearly presented and affirmatively selected at checkout.

6. Renewals

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, wallet-based or crypto-paid plans do not automatically renew through stored payment credentials.

If your plan requires manual renewal and payment is not submitted on time, paid access may expire, pause, or revert to a lower-access state.

If a separate auto-renewing payment method is offered in the future, that auto-renew feature will apply only where clearly shown and affirmatively selected.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel a recurring paid plan through your account settings, if available, or by contacting support@tokenized.video.

If your plan uses manual wallet-based renewal, you may also simply choose not to renew.

Cancellation prevents future renewals only. It does not create a refund for an already-started billing period unless required by law or expressly approved by Tokenized.Video.

8. Refund Policy for Membership Fees

Except where required by law, subscription and membership fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period begins.

Unless we state otherwise in writing:

  • we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time,
  • we do not provide refunds because you chose not to use the Services after payment,
  • we do not provide refunds based solely on reduced usage, changed creator plans, or preference changes.

9. Refund Policy for Direct Viewer Wallet Payments

Direct wallet payments to creators or other users for listed premiere-access items are generally final and non-refundable unless:

  • the creator expressly offers a refund,
  • a separate written product-specific policy says otherwise,
  • a refund is required by applicable law.

Tokenized.Video is generally not the seller in a direct viewer-to-creator transaction and does not guarantee reversal of direct wallet payments.

10. Failed, Delayed, or Incomplete Payments

If a payment is not completed, is declined, underpaid, delayed, reversed, sent on the wrong network, or fails on the payment rail, we may:

  • suspend or limit access to paid features,
  • downgrade or pause an account,
  • deny access to member-only functions until payment is confirmed,
  • cancel or lapse the affected paid plan if payment remains unresolved.

You remain responsible for ensuring that the correct amount is sent on the correct network or rail.

11. Limited Exceptions

At our sole discretion, we may review refund requests in limited cases such as:

  • duplicate charges,
  • accidental duplicate purchases,
  • confirmed billing errors caused by us,
  • paid features that were unavailable due to a verified platform-side failure we could not correct within a reasonable period,
  • other situations where applicable law requires a refund.

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

12. External Network and Wallet Costs

Wallet-based or blockchain-related payments may involve:

  • gas fees,
  • bridge fees,
  • network congestion,
  • failed broadcasts,
  • delayed confirmations,
  • third-party wallet errors,
  • wrong-chain or wrong-token payments.

Unless required by law or caused solely by our confirmed billing error, these external costs are generally non-refundable by Tokenized.Video.

13. Taxes

Fees may exclude applicable taxes, duties, levies, or similar governmental charges unless otherwise stated at checkout.

You are responsible for any taxes associated with your purchase, except taxes based on our net income.

14. Price Changes

We may change pricing, plan structures, limits, or billing terms prospectively.

Updated pricing or plan changes apply to future purchases or future renewal periods, not to already completed billing periods, unless clearly disclosed and permitted by law.

15. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a payment error occurred, contact support@tokenized.video first.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through a third-party processor or provider, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate affected access while the issue is under review and to contest the dispute where appropriate.

16. Third-Party Payment Providers

Payments may be handled in whole or in part by third-party providers, wallet tools, onramp services, processors, or infrastructure vendors.

We are not responsible for third-party outages, wallet failures, issuer decisions, or network-level failures. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

17. Account Access After Expiration or Nonpayment

If a paid plan ends because of non-renewal, cancellation, or incomplete payment, access to paid features may be limited or removed.

We may retain certain billing, account, support, audit, and operational records as reasonably necessary for security, dispute handling, compliance, backup, fraud prevention, and legal purposes.
